An innovative way to recycle...
Talk about recycling on a large scale! This architect came up with a really innovative way to reuse parts from a discarded airplane, making it into a home in Malibu! You can see the pictures and rest of the story here.

Food Containers
Do you ever feel guilty when a perfectly good food package is empty and it finds it's way to the recycle can?
For example, the plastic food containers/ packaging that are used for apples, mochi ice cream, tofu ect. they have such a perfect shape and are pretty durable.
A new use for them has been discovered that must be shared! They are perfect for holding paint and great for those small art projects that require more than one color.
Give it a try and give the poor package one more life.

Kathleen
Jenneration Fix hit the road today and headed to Chatsworth, where we discovered a beautiful city hidden in the canyon just off the 118. The purpose of the trip was to pick up a VERY generous donation of fabric from the lovely lady, Kathleen. Thanks to her generosity we will soon have some items created from gorgeous materials that were once used on movie sets!
Kathleen also gives back by creating sewing baskets for victims of Katrina, what a woman!
Many thanks Kathleen.
Best,
The 2 Jens of Jenneration Fix
